At Top Pet Palace , we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Certain goods, such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, and personalized goods, may not be returned.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Method

By mail: Returns must be shipped back to us at the return address provided after your request is approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is approved due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Replacement & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you may do so within the 30-day return window from delivery.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is required because of an error on our part.
